Applicant agrees that if selected to receive a scholarship, they will attend the institution listed in this application and will pursue the indicated major course of study for the duration of the academic year covered by the scholarship. Applicant understands and agrees that failure to comply with the above may render applicant ineligible for the scholarship granted, and they may be required to return any unused portions of the scholarship award to the appropriate sponsor. If applicant changes schools or majors, they must contact the Washington State Dairy Women Scholarship Chairperson to determine if they are still eligible for the scholarship. Applicant understands that submitting this application gives permission to the Washington State Dairy Women, Simplot Western Stockmen’s and/or AgWest Farm Credit to use their name and/or picture for promotional purposes of the Scholarship.
